[i2c] [PATCH] i2c-ali15x3 fixes

Hello,

This patch fixes some error conditions found on ALI 1543C revision A1 and B1. On B1 revision transaction simply not start - without setting any busy or done flags. On A1 revisions
it happened that the chip will report IDLE and BUSY bits at same time, forcing the driver to reset the bus. But in error path the CNT1 register is not preserved.

I'm suspecting that ali1533 might have same problem. I will check later. Any owners of this chipset may test this patch please? We have this chips on some embedded boards with PowerPC
CPU...
