Well it appears that the pins used by scx200_i2c are gpio 12 and 13
which have an alternate use as acb #2.  Unfortuantely it appears the bit
to toggle the use of those pins is controlled by a register that isn't
available to software (at least according to the data sheet) since only
the bios knows the address it is at.  So I guess without changing the
bios there is no way to change the settings of that.  By default an
sc1200 does not have either acb enabled.
