That looks right, although the archive seems offline just now.
I did last post the code in mid-May, and those are indeed what's
needed.

At this point I've been carrying the code around but haven't
re-tested it recently; and ISTR thinking lseek() wasn't acting
as expected.  Data at the front of EEPROMs is trivial to test,
and all that seemed fine.
