[i2c] [PATCH 2.6.23-rc4] i2c-i801: SMBus patch for Intel Tolapai

This updated patch adds the Intel Tolapai LPC and SMBus Controller 
DID's.  This patch relies on the irq Tolapai patch to pci_ids.h.
