Because decode-edid.pl needs parse-edid, which is part of the read-edid
package by John Fremlin, and that package isn't part of the Suse
distribution.

Ideally, decode-edid.pl should be merged into read-edid, but I don't
quite have the time to work on this.

decode-xeon.pl has never been ported to the linux 2.6 interface
(sysfs). For this reason, it's not installed by "make install" when
running a 2.6 kernel. When building a package for a different
distribution, you might have to overwrite KERNELVERSION from the
command line so that "make install" does the right thing.
