[i2c] Fix AMD MIPS Alchemy au1550 I2C interface

Hello,

I tried Manuel's patch ( url below ) without my patch, and it did fix the hang problem I observed previously.  I also tried both patches together, and the hang problem was still fixed.

I came to the same conclusions as Manuel:
