[i2c] [PATCH V6] I2C driver for IMX

Changes from V5 version:

- Trent Piepho suggestions added (except debug macro)
- Debug printing fixed
- Calculations of clock divider and delay improved

Checked with checkpatch.pl again and tested on MXLADS V2.0 board with several i2c clients.
