Supporting Hardware monitor for VIA chipsets

To answer your question, if the sensor chip is an I/O device
(what we call an "ISA" device), then the i2c bus driver for the via does not need to
be loaded. However a "dummy" i2c driver called i2c-isa must be loaded.
