ddcmon module improved

Hi folks,

I just wanted to let you know that we have been improving the ddcmon
module a lot today. Since our archives say you have been using that
module, and some of you had been complaining about it not working
properly, I thought you could be interested (and yes, I am looking for
testers too). So, feel free to try a fresh checkout from lm_sensors CVS
and tell us how it works for you.
