Hi all,

Could it be made impossible to create a ticket with no contact

At the moment, it seems it is possible, but when editing the ticket
later, changes are rejected because the contact field is empty. Why are
*we* blamed for that when *they* are responsible? ;)

I set the field to "(none)" for now...
