Now contains two cross-reference lists:

	drivers -> sysfs names
	sysfs name -> drivers

The generator script is there, comments on accuracy and usefulness 
would be appreciated.

Yes, an X-Y mapping would be better than a pair of denormalised lists, 
but I start somewhere easy to see what the the data looks like first.
