Quick'n'dirty port of bt869 drivers.

A few weeks ago, I wrote the following ticket :

So I submit here my quick hack.
It may be useful to people who want TV-out for their 3DFX Voodoo 3,
until it gets finally added to the X server tdfx driver.
(Which, I think, will take up some time, because developpement on the tdfx driver look almost dead. Still no SLI support for Voodoo 5...)

BTW: Do you know whom I should contact about adding bt869 support to tdfx driver ?
