Preliminary version of the sis5595 driver for Linux 2.6

Hi all,

As I already said to Jean Delvare, I started to port the sis5595 driver
to Linux 2.6. Here is my preliminary version, it would be nice if
somebody could review it. Thanks!

Some notes
----------
1) In the sis5595_find_sis() function, I am not sure about the use of
   printk. I can't replace them by dev_err() as i2c_adapter is not
   available.
   
2) There seems to be a confusion between the driver, the doc, the
   library and lm-sensors about the number of voltage inputs. It is
   4 or 5 and _not_ 3 or 4. The doc is ok, I fixed the comments in the
   drivers, the library is ok, lm-sensors is not. It will have to be
   fixed later.
   
3) The patch is currently against kernel 2.6.10, the kernel that my
   machine is running. I'll send a patch against 2.6.11-rc?-mm? for the
   final version.
