Try the following link below where you need the kernel patch for ipmi_smb_intf driver
http://sourceforge.net/projects/openipmi/
Follow the link above for the 2.4 or 2.6 kernel.
Also you need the i801 driver to be loaded.
I hope this helps as this worked for me on a SE7320VP2 platform.
