emc6d102 support

[Rafael Ávila de Espíndola]

Some time ago I submitted a patch that adds support for the extendend 
precision ADC in the emc6d102. There was some discussion about it and the 
last version was posted in:

There are some other comments? Should I forward it Greg KH?
