[lm-sensors] Call for 2.10.0

Hi all,

Quoting myself again:

I am done with testing, I fixed a few last minor issues and it looks
all OK now. I think we are ready to release.

Phil, if there are still no objections, please proceed with the release
(2.10.0) as time permits. I have changed the libsensors version already.
