[lm-sensors] Question on module "coretemp"

Dear listmembers,
I found patches for 2.6.21 that can make coretemp.ko working - is there 
something similar for 2.6.18? I found hints on the net that Marek designed 
the driver with 2.6.18, so there could be hope.
Anyway, if anyone could kindly tell me where more precisely I should look for 
it, please let me know.
