[lm-sensors] [PATCH 2/5] w83781d: Clean up conversion macros

* Fix voltage rounding
* Drop useless macros
* Drop useless casts
* Turn macros evaluating their parameters more than once into inline
  functions
* Use signed variables for temperatures
