Hi Juerg,

thx for helping. Take the time you need. Next week, I am out on a
trip to Black Forrest and won't be able to access my machine
physically, i.e. adding a fan. It runs - with the heatpipes - totally
without fans as you can see:

$ sensors
vt1211-isa-6000
Adapter: ISA adapter
+3.3V: +3.30 V (min = +3.14 V, max = +3.47 V)
+2.5V: +2.46 V (min = +2.37 V, max = +2.63 V)
VCore: +1.40 V (min = +1.35 V, max = +1.44 V)
+5V: +5.05 V (min = +4.51 V, max = +5.51 V)
+12V: +12.09 V (min = +10.77 V, max = +13.22 V)
+3.3V: +3.28 V (min = +3.13 V, max = +3.46 V)
Case Fan: 0 RPM (min = 0 RPM, div = 2)
CPU Fan: 0 RPM (min = 0 RPM, div = 2)
CPU Temp: +47.5°C (high = +85°C, hyst = +79°C)
Int Temp: +62.0°C (high = +65°C, hyst = +60°C)
vid: +1.250 V (VRM Version 8.5)

While running burnMMX (cpuburn) for about 3-4 hours, the cpu reaches
a top of 65 °C while the internal temp goes up to max. 67-68 °C.

Regards,

c.
