[lm-sensors] what's in hwmon-2.6.git?

Hi:

Attached is a combined patch against v2.6.23 which includes everything in my
hwmon-2.6.git testing branch as of right now.  Any final testing you may do
would be appreciated... especially of the drivers where I had to do some manual
fixups and/or resolve merge conflicts.

The plan is to move all of these patches into release and ask Linus to pull
them this weekend.  Shortlog follows...
