[lm-sensors] [lm-sensors-notify] #2263: Support for SMSC LPC47B367 SuperI/O chip.

The B367 is a HP/Compaq specific part based on the B357. The B357
doesn't contain any HW monitoring capabilites, so the B367 most likely
doesn't either.
